1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, including all tags, dust bags, and accessories.
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or custom reasons:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Sale or clearance items (unless damaged or faulty)
  • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  2. Approval & Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
